Yes, it is painful and debilitating. However, the pain can be mediated by a sense of gratitude and passion for being alive.
Research shows that too much technology use diminishes our mental and physical health and our relationships.
We are all busy. We’ve all taken on too much. Saying yes to less is the way out.
